I often hear people say, “it's easier to stay quiet.” 😬

So many of us admire those we follow for being bold and sharing how they really feel about life and business online, yet we hold back. We often place focus on what others will think of us that we start to feel less like ourselves. As we grow and evolve and our beliefs change. We want what is best for our people.

Here is the truth about life, people are not always going to agree with you. The part of you that some will despise, others are going to love. You have to learn to embrace disagreement and look at it as a healthy part of relationships.

Tune into this week’s episode of Thinking Like a Boss Podcast as I share a few tips to help you get more comfortable with disagreement as your true self begins to shine.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • Disagreement is good.

  • Acknowledging that you have blind spots.

  • It’s natural to grow and evolve.

Shedding the old to step into the new...

Recently, I shared something I felt strongly about and to be honest, I had a LOT of anxiety around posting it. I was so consumed with how people might view me, that I almost didn't share it. But in hindsight, it ended up being the best thing, allowing me to express how I was really feeling and show a side of me I had been hiding for a while. In this moment a weight had been lifted, shedding fears around what others might think, while pushing me to step into the new.

So many if you voiced similar feelings. When we begin to think about how others might perceive us it can be scary to let go of what once was aligned, but in doing so, this is where you will find freedom.

If you've been feeling like your brand, business and life are 5x too small, and you aren't sure how to make them fit again, you are going to love today’s episode.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • Embracing the current season you are in.

  • Letting go of the resistance to those things that no longer feel true to you, whether it’s personal or in business.

  • That our lived experiences, our lives and outlooks can change instantly.

  • What to expect over the next few weeks.
