Sensi Graves is a professional kiteboarder, entrepreneur, and speaker. In 2007, she tentatively signed up for a kiteboarding lesson in North Carolina’s Outer Banks and immediately fell in love. Just two years later, she applied to be a kiteboarding coach, relocated to the East Coast, and started collecting accolades. The Hood River, Oregon, competes for some of the biggest international kiteboarding invitationals, garners continuous coverage in kiteboarding magazines, and leads women's kiteboarding retreats worldwide.
In 2012, Sensi launched her eponymous swimwear label, Sensi Graves Bikinis, to meet the demands of her sport (after losing one too many string bikinis in the surf, she decided to tackle the job herself and design suits that actually stay on in rough conditions). Her focus on swimwear that stays put alongside her vision of transparency and sustainability as a fashion brand, has established Sensi Graves Bikinis as a leader in the industry. She is passionate about sustainable production, environmental activism and empowering women.

Words of Wisdom:
-- Be willing to try and fail
-- You have to define what success looks like to you so you know how to get there
-- You have to identify where exactly you want to get to or you’re never going to get there
-- You’re doing enough. Give yourself a break.
-- Realize when you are not being impactful in that moment and give yourself that energy and space to go take care of yourself
